Who we are
This website is run by Lodge Thistle No 127, 10 Springwell Place, Stewarton, KA3 5DD. If you have any questions about your details, email the Secretary at secretary@thistle127.com or call 01560 485419.
Our mailing list
If you join our mailing list, we keep your name and email address so we can send you news about lodge meetings, events and charity work. Our mailing list is managed by Sender.net on our behalf.
We only use your details to send you lodge news. We do not sell them or share them with anyone else. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, or you can ask the Secretary to remove you at any time.
Our online shop
When you buy from our shop, card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We use the name, address and email you give at checkout only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. Our sales terms and conditions give the full details.
Emails and enquiries
If you email us about membership, visiting, hall hire or anything else, we use your details only to reply and to deal with your enquiry.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies or track you. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and the mailing list sign-up form is provided by Sender.net, which may set cookies of its own when you use it.
Your rights
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Please contact the Secretary. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
